1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour

1 cup oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add butter, sugars, and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add in flour, oats, baking soda, and salt and beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread dough evenly into a large rimmed baking sheet (also known as a jelly roll pan). Easter Morning......
Waking up on Easter morning in our home isn't just all about finding the Easter baskets and heading
off to church service. One of our family traditions during a holiday, is to have breakfast together. The kids love waking up to the table set and seeing the decor. I always wait for them to be sound asleep before I set the table..
What are some of your family traditions? I would love to hear about them.
Here is the Easter morning menu at our home. Mom Byler loved having quiche and fresh fruit..the cinnamon rolls are only made on holidays....so that makes these a definite Family Tradition!

Easy and inexpensive Easter wreath!
As most of you know, one of my favorite places is Target...just like any other retailer, they always have the "dollar" isles right when you walk in...usually full of things you really do not need..but during the holidays, I find this area to be very useful. During my Easter basket shopping, I found some really cute easter decor in this area...and as usual, I thought I could make the items even cuter! French Rooster style! So here is the wreath I purchased for just $2!!

Creating A Gift Basket
I love to create a theme basket! This year I am donating this basket to my children's school auction.
The theme I came up with is
"Family Fun Night"
My children love when we have family night and its always fun!
This basket will be available to view on Friday, April 15th during Grandparents Day at
Lake Center Christian.
There will be many others for viewing as well
